Successful cooperation begins with the relationship to oneself: presence, mindfulness and presence of mind form the basis for conscious self-management. It also requires the ability to develop empathy and social skills as perceptive organs of community.
But how can we create free space in everyday life to work on these foundations and consciously shape each moment instead of just reacting?
Where is the space for compassion for oneself and others, and how do we practice both selflessness and mutual organisation?
Together with Ha Vinh Tho, we want to explore and practice this during an afternoon.

"As humans we always have two possibilities to learn: through suffering or through awakening through conscious processes. The more we learn in this second way, the more we ease the suffering for ourselves as well as for others." Ha Vinh Tho in Manager Magazin 19.03.2018

We will begin by setting intentions and perceiving the questions that we bring into the forum.

After a framing of the workshop, we will practice short Mindfulness exercises that can also be used in a professional context.

This will lead to exploring the Art of Listening as a basis for successful communication and cooperation.

After the break, participants will have the opportunity to share their own cooperation challenges and/ or experiences and get feedback and support from the group.

We will end with a closing circle to reflect on our shared experience.
