For companies that work according to an anthroposophic human concept, the search for suitable staff members, or simple successors, is indeed a challenge. Besides the necessary specialized knowledge, it is the case of finding persons who are willing to engage themselves more deeply into the essence and the corporate philosophy of the company. Many persons are looking for a job that is meaningful for them and also offers space for development. These two cravings is what we bring together.

In this sense, we consider companies as grown up organisms with their own biographies. In our cooperation process it is important for us to perceive the special features of each individual company. We usually work on site for a few days, in order to perceive the entrepreneurial spirit, the fields of activity, and the collegial and geographic environment. We introduce job seekers only after an intensive period of observation to obtain a personal acquaintance. Both the professional qualifications and the already acquired biographic development steps are regarded as criteria with a similar value for the decision-taking process: Who belongs where, according to his/her potential and according to his/her current professional biography?
