Eurythmy in the workplace is still quite new, about 35 years young, compared to stage or Eurythmy Therapy, which Rudolf Steiner launched in 1919 and 1923 respectively. It initially requires the eurythmist to take a step back and realise what is going on in the company. Where can there be points of contact for employees to tackle their challenges, e.g. with a small gesture with the hand, practised individually or in a group? It is surprising or even astonishing how quickly we can achieve tangible changes in internal company interaction by consciously grasping the right movements and the attitudes and images behind them.
Our panel discussion aims to explore the status quo and the potential of this art in the workplace; we are in dialogue with the following eurythmists: Mona Lenzen-Abouleish (EGY), Oxana Alekhina (RU), Stefan Hasler (CH), Vera Koppehel (DK), Teresa Mazzei (IT), Michael Werner (DE) and Sonja Zausch (DE/CH) as well as with employees from companies; the moderator is Andrea Valdinoci (World Goetheanum Association/CH).
